Delicious! The corn tortillas are the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and both cheeses are pleasant, but definitely try the quesillo!

Anton, his mother in law, wife and nephews make it all worth while stopping for a one of the best güirilas in Nicaragua!! Stop by you wont be disapointed!

I love it here for some traditional food in a traditional manner using the right ingredients. Interesting that the place is run by a foreigner, serving some of the most authentic food around!A must stop on your way to Laguna Apoyo, or on your way to Granada from Managua or Masaya!

This is a must for any traveler. The food is good, and I recommend the Güirilla con Cuajada y crema, also Tiste as a drink. It's a mix of cacao and pinol, and it doesn't have regular milk, so you're safe. The owner is very attentive, and he knows how to speak English. He uses plastic gloves to grab anything, and that shows he cares. The atmosphere is relaxing here.
